    Margot has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 10 years, and teaching for 6. She found Kundalini Yoga in a time of radical self-transformation, and it quickly became a daily ritual, and the catalyst for much more growth. She has a passion for sharing the practical tools of Kundalini Yoga and bringing them into our everyday format. Her classes are warm, friendly and for any level of experience.
