    Kundalini yoga teacher Elizabeths adventures in yoga began at 17  years old when she decided she wanted to touch her toes!  As she practiced, she realised yoga had much more to offer than flexibility.

    With each change and alignment we create physically, there is a corresponding change/ripple in our emotional, mental and spiritual aspects.

    The classes she offers focus on self connection, an antidote to emptiness and addiction, and embodying your excellence.

    Elizabeth teaches that you  are your best teacher and healer, and this practice facilitates connection with your inner teacher/healer with physical practice (asana), mantra, sound and meditation.
