Harmonising the energy centres of the body with Sara and Ben from New Earth Metta using chakra tuned Quartz crystal bowls, didgeridoo, North American flute and vocal toning with movement this ancient form of vibrational medicine is designed to raise the vibration of the people and therefor the planet!

This ten minute emotive contemporary dance depicts Kirsty's mother Judit's escape from Hungary after the failed revolution in 1956. Judit is featured on the music soundscape narrating her compelling story over the music, while the story unfolds through dance.
